International Day of Peace (Internet for Peace)

Ladies and gents, aside from the trolls, the flamers, and all else deemed evil on the internet, we cannot ignore the fact that the internet is our greatest tool for communication. It is the medium in which we all have enjoyed being able to exercise freedom of speech and exchange of information without much censorship. Behind the web of wires, computers, and tubes (lol), are you and me. The internet can be a tool for peace. Today, September 21, 2010 is the International Day of Peace. We should all nominate the internet for the next Nobel Peace Prize. A Nobel for all of us.
