CIA under lawsuit for piracy

Apparently a company is suing the CIA or the people they contracted to have the targeting systems installed into the Preadator drones we all know of.  The company used a "hacked" version of the original targeting system that was designed by a different company. The "hacked" version is known to be incomplete or faulty as the targeting system can miss by as much as 40 ft off the intended target.  The complete and very interesting read can be found here.
